Lambeth Hate Crime Forum

30th October. 11th Anniversary of the manslaughter of David Morley (affectionately known as Sinders to his friends). Survivor of the Admiral Duncan Soho Bombing (30 April 1999) kicked to death on the Southbank by a group of teenagers in a so-called “Happy Slapping” attack.

November – National HIV Testing  Week

National HIV Testing Week is organised by HIV Prevention England (HPE) which is the national HIV prevention programme for England. It delivers a nationally co-ordinated programme of HIV prevention work with UK-based black African people and with gay men/men who have sex with men (MSM). It brings together campaigns, online services, local work and policy work. It works closely with black African, gay, and faith communities, NHS clinics, local authorities and Public Health England.
