Metro advertise LGBT IDVA role

Metro are looking for a skilled, committed, motivated and outgoing person to provide a specialist LGBT IDVA service across south London.

This role is part of a wider MOPAC funded initiative to increase IDVA support, and is delivered across south London in a partnership led by Victim Support.

Employed by METRO, this role will compliment our domestic abuse work by providing a high quality front line service to high risk LGBT people experiencing domestic abuse and domestic violence, and to provide a high-quality frontline service to high risk victims of domestic abuse.

You will work within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership responses to domestic abuse and engage local statutory and voluntary organisations, local LGBT resident and LGBT groups to raise awareness of LGBT domestic abuse and domestic violence with the aim of increasing referrals in to the service.
