GALOP; LGBT Mentoring Volunteer Opportunities

Galop SupportGalop is looking for volunteers to join their hate crime mentor team in London. Could that be you? As a mentor you would get the chance to help someone through a difficult point in their life via a series of one to one meetings, with training and support provided by Galop.

Mentors are regular LGBT people giving someone a helping hand. They help someone take control of their life at a time when they’re recovering from homophobia, biphobia or transphobia. Training, supervision and expenses are provided.

Galop is London’s LGBT anti-violence charity, providing advice, support and advocacy to people who experience hate crime, domestic abuse or sexual violence.
